- Andreas Schleicher
Head of the Indicators and Analysis Division (Directorate of Education), OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development). He delivered a spotlight presentation titled ‘Benchmarking Scottish Education‘ in 2006. - Graham Maxwell
He is from Australia and will focus on assessment.
