First speakers announced for SLF 2009

Speakers confirmed so far are Professor Carlina Rinaldi from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia in Italy and Ian Jukes, Director of the InfoSavvy Group, an international consulting group.

Deadline approaching

slf_2009_anniverary150.jpgJanuary is speeding by, and the deadline for the Call for Participation for SLF 2009 is only one week away.

The Scottish Learning Festival is the most prestigious educational event in Scotland and this year we are celebrating the 10th anniversary. This is your opportunity to present at the key educational event in Scotland.

Over the years, SLF has grown from an event attracting 1200 delegates, with four keynotes, 40 sessions and a small exhibition, to the conference we have today with over 7000 delegates, over 170 conference sessions and an exhibition of 200 suppliers.

The Call for Participation documentation is available from the SLF website; this gives full details of the themes for the 2009 conference, the submission process and deadlines.

Abstracts are to be submitted by Friday 30 January 2009. If you would like any more information please contact the SLF team. We look forward to hearing from you.
