MoreIn advance of her keynote speech at SLF 2009, Fiona Hyslop will be hosting a Glow Meet for Scottish schools from Gavinburn Primary School in West Dunbartonshire.
The Glow Meet will take place on the September 15, 2009 between 1pm and 2pm. Ms Hyslop will be speaking about why she is proud to be Scottish. She is inviting pupils from schools across the country to contribute by asking questions via Glow Meet.

MoreThe deadline for submissions for SLF 2009 has been extended until Friday 30 January 2009 with approved abstracts being invited to present at the conference by Monday 2 March 2009.

Go to the SLF website to download the documentation needed for proposals for presentations at SLF 2009. Details include the submission form , examples to follow, conference themes and deadlines.
Forms should be returned by Friday 19 December 2008 now 30 January 2009 – see newer blog post, and approved submissions will be invited to present at the conference by Friday 13 February 2009 now Monday 2 March 2009.
