Tree of Knowledge’s maiden SLF voyage

Tree of Knowledge joins the Scottish Learning Festival 2008 and takes on their inaugural role as lead sponsor.

Tree of Knowledge delivers unique pupil workshops, fun-filled learning experiences for staff and work in partnership with Local Education Authorities to create exciting ‘hands on’ resources.

This year, for the first time, Tree of Knowledge has teamed up with North Lanarkshire Learning and Leisure services to develop a wonderful new resource specifically for Early Years.  ‘Peapodo for Early Years’ will be launched at the Scottish Learning Festival this September.

Do you have a question about Peapodo or Tree of Knowledge’s work, but it can’t wait until the festival? Then ask your questions here.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the schools and local education authorities in Scotland for their support since the start up of Tree of Knowledge back in 2001. You are all invited to enjoy one of two 45 minute presentations that we will deliver at the Scottish Learning Festival 2008. I have enjoyed working with ‘Tree of’ over the last three years – their approach to education and life is refreshing and innovative and their products are extremely well thought of by schools

Thanks to the Tree of Knowledge for fantastic sessions with our S3,4,5&6 pupils and a free Parents’ Information Evening.
Comments from pupils and parents were all very positive. The presentations were lively, entertaining and delivered at a good pace. Your presenter inspired pupils, staff and parents! Look forward to our next sessions in June.

We have had an overwhelmingly positive experience of working with Tree of Knowledge. They have delivered workshops to all age groups in our secondary school and pupils have been enthusiastic in their response. Fun, friendly but also effective.

Is it worth getting involved with this company?
I think so. Anyone who can motivate colleagues at 2.30pm on the first day of term deserves to be heard! My colleagues’ comments amazed me. 97% of attending staff were positive or very positive about the course.
Don’t have space to give you the pupils’ comments but they are even more positive.

Been using ToK for over 3yrs now, innovative, creative, exciting and fun. The worst feedback we have recieved following an Apodo courses for teachers was 9.5 out of 10!!
Staff are always very supportive & helpful and the trainers are inspiring. Always a very positive experience for all.
