Booking: How was it for you?

You have now had a few weeks to review the conference programme, and the information about the first seminars to become fully booked has been published.

Can you give any feedback about how clear the instructions for booking were, and any problems that you might have encountered with the registration and booking process?

We would welcome any comments on this topic, with a view to improving the service as we go.

All the above were very smooth. What seemed missing, however, were the scanners from exhibitors to take a note of the barcode on the registration card – in previous years, the majority of companies that I talked to had scanners, but this year, I found myself having to write all my details or hand out business cards – only 1 stand that I visited had a scanner. This slowed things down and was quite frustating when one has only limited time. Hopefully, situation can be improved for 2008?
