He appeared at the latest eTwinning event in Belgium, which was also attended by Ewan McIntosh, who was helping Scottish schools present their eTwinning projects to the rest of Europe. Ewan’s posts Stephen Heppell at eTwinning: 21st Century Learning and Q&A with Heppell give a good idea of the scope of the discussions that took place.
