A joint Scottish CILT/HMIE conference which will showcase best practice identified during trialling of Curriculum for Excellence and from visits by HMIE and Scottish CILT.

The conference themes:

•  transition
• inter-disciplinary work
• learners’ experiences
• planning

Local authorities will be invited to nominate up to five participants, mainly teachers. If you are interested in attending, please get in touch with the person in your local authority who has responsibility for modern languages or for Curriculum for Excellence.
