There are 4 different roles in CPDReflect, each of which are allowed more functionality depending on their role.
1. General users - make up the majority of CPDReflect users and are the educators that will reflect, plan, record, share and keep a journal. Any of these users can also share examples with colleagues in their own establishment, authority or nationally.
2. CPD coordinators – are the establishment CPD coordinators who can also add an establishment framework (like a school improvement plan) and approve examples submitted by general users in their own establishment. They also approve the matching of a general user to an establishment
3. LA coordinators – are the local authority CPD coordinators who can also add a local authority framework (like an authority improvement plan) and approve examples submitted by general users across their own authority. They also approve the matching of CPD coordinators to establishments in their authority.
4. National coordinators - are national CPD advisors who can add a national framework (like one of the Professional Standards) and approve examples submitted by general users across the whole of Scotland. They also approve the matching of LA coordinators to authorities across Scottish education.
There will be a short Flash demonstration here shortly.
