Welcome to CPDReflect

CPDReflect is an online toolkit for reflecting on your educational practice. 5 things you should know about CPDReflect:

  1. you need a Glow user ID and password to use CPDReflect. In addition, your local authority must have agreed to release certain information to CPDReflect. See this CPDAnswers post for more details.
  2. you can evaluate yourself against a number of of self-evaluation frameworks, eg  the Professional Standards from the GTCS.
  3. all the frameworks have illustrative examples of interesting practice. You can study them, search them and even add your own practice for others to see!
  4. you can use CPDReflect to keep your CPD plan, CPD record and a professional journal. There is a special facility to help prepare for your PRD review.
  5. only you decide who sees what goes onto CPDReflect. No-one else can access it without your permission

To help you get started there are a number of short guides. These are all stored on the CPDReflect users group on Glow.
