CPDReflect is an online toolkit for reflecting on your educational practice. 5 things you should know about CPDReflect:
- you need a Glow user ID and password to use CPDReflect. In addition, your local authority must have agreed to release certain information to CPDReflect. See this CPDAnswers post for more details.
- you can evaluate yourself against a number of of self-evaluation frameworks, eg the Professional Standards from the GTCS.
- all the frameworks have illustrative examples of interesting practice. You can study them, search them and even add your own practice for others to see!
- you can use CPDReflect to keep your CPD plan, CPD record and a professional journal. There is a special facility to help prepare for your PRD review.
- only you decide who sees what goes onto CPDReflect. No-one else can access it without your permission
