CPDReflect is an online toolkit for reflecting on educational practice. Have a look at the 5 things you should know about CPDReflect before you go any further. Here are the additional features offered to a CPD coordinator / head teacher in a Scottish educational establishment
- you approve examples of practice added by your colleagues at school level only.
- you can add a local framework for use in your establishment only, eg an establishment improvement plan.This can then be illustrated with examples of interesting practice. All your colleague can study them, search them and even add their own practice for others to see!
- you can identify yourself as a CPD coordinator / head teacher on sign-up. Your local area CPD manager must ratify this, so make sure they are using CPDReflect
